Presales Engineer (system)
Main job descriptions:
* Support sales team on proposal estimates main days and solutions to customers
* Meet customers to understand user requirements and come out with proposals
* Prepare solution proposals
* Generate Bill of Materials for quotations
* Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required
* Customers presentations and clarifications
* Support sales in tendering and bidding process
* Responsible for resolving solution architecture issues to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and help
