General Manager – Sales (SAL-GM)
 
Responsibilities:

Set up an effective sales organization including its personnel to improve our sales performance in the oil & gas industry
Identify, recruit and train potential key sales personnel
Develop sales & marketing strategies including compensation scheme for sales
Develop tools to monitor and enhance sales’ performance in achieving their targets
Conduct regular meetings for updates, problems solving, etc
Develop relationship strategies for key customers
Develop good & win-win relationship with Principals

Requirements:

S1/S2 or equivalent in Business Administration and/or Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position/responsibilities
Excellent communication
