Program Manager - Based in Jakarta


Responsibilities:

Reporting to Program Director, responsibilities will include a day to day operational management of all activities and functions in Educational Development program of projects throughout Indonesia; including developing, implementing and evaluating program policies, procedures and standards; determining program services levels and enhancements; developing and monitoring program budgets; providing technical advise and/or supervision to Program Officers, Staffs and other department, the public and other agencies, and performs related work as required.

Requirements:

Hold minimum a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
Possess minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills and negotiation, both in English and Bahasa
Excellent data analysis and written reporting skills, both in English and Bahasa
Ability to synthesize complex information from a variety of sources, including local governments, scholars, and policy makers, and turn into dynamic copy that is understandable and persuasive to specific audiences
Good knowledge of national and international education issues
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
A commitment to diversity
Flexibility of traveling, and to work occasional overtime or irregular hours
