IV. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI

 
   
 
Seleksi penerimaan PDK, BPKRT dan PK dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan
sebagai berikut:

Seleksi Administratif;
  2.
Ujian Tulis
Substansi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris (meliputi masalah
nasional, internasional dan pengetahuan umum) dijadwalkan akan
dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 September 2008 (PDK)
dan 7 September 2008 (BPKRT dan PK).
Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;
  3.
Ujian
Kemampuan/Penguasaan Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Asing Lainnya (Arab,
China, Inggris, Jepang, Perancis, Rusia, dan Spanyol) berdasarkan
pilihan peserta, dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada awal bulan
Oktober 2008. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan
ditentukan kemudian;
  4.
Tes Pemeriksaan
Psikologi dan Wawancara Substansi serta Tes Penguasaan Teknologi
Informasi/Komputer dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada pertengahan
bulan Oktober 2008. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan
ditentukan kemudian;
  5.
Peserta yang
lulus pada setiap tahapan ujian akan diumumkan melalui website Deplu
www.deplu.go.id.
  6.
Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan Panitia tidak dapat
diganggu gugat.
         

V.PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRATIF DAN PENGAMBILAN KARTU

Hanya Peserta
yang telah melakukan registrasi online dan memenuhi seluruh
persyaratan untuk melamar/persyaratan pendaftaran, yang akan
diloloskan dalam tahapan Seleksi Administratif. Hasil Seleksi
Administratif dijadwalkan akan diumumkan pada tanggal 23 Agustus
2008 melalui website Deplu

Pelamar yang
telah dinyatakan lolos tahapan Seleksi Administratif diwajibkan
untuk mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian sebagai syarat mengikuti
Ujian Tulis Substansi.

Kartu Tanda
Peserta Ujian harus diambil sendiri oleh peserta ujian di Pusdiklat
Deplu, Jalan Sisingamangaraja No. 73, Jakarta Selatan, dengan
menunjukkan kartu identitas diri. Apabila Peserta mewakilkan
pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian kepada pihak ketiga, maka
diperlukan Surat Kuasa bermeterai dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas

The PRIMA BINA Project Manager is responsible for implementation of the IYCF project in NTT. The project will be implemented in TTU and Belu districts in Nusa Tenggara Timur Province, in a targeted 20 villages. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibility for implementation of the IYCF project in Nusa Tenggara Timur
In concert with Jr TPL, PMs and PRIMA BINA staff coordinate Project initiatives with Provincial/District governments, the Ministry of Health and their related agencies, and partner NGOs working in the target area.
In concert with CARE USA technical advisor, Jr. TPL and project staff develop start-up and detailed implementation plans, including M&E/performance management framework.
Develop detailed advocacy plan in concert with partners, PL, …. and work closely with GoI officials to address advocacy issues focused at the National, Provincial, District and Local levels.
Work closely with CARE USA technical advisor and CII PL to build capacity of CARE staff and to implement a high quality program
Ensure that the project provides capacity building and oversight for local partners and government in IYCF and in the incorporation of principles of gender, equity and diversity
Manage project staff by motivating them to meet their targets, supporting them with technical and management resources, and promoting team work.
In concert with Admin-Kefa provide project management administration/project-based reports such as: monthly activity reports, vehicle reports, travel advance requests, travel plans, and travel expense reports, etc. and submit to Jr. TPL and appropriate Jakarta-program support unit representatives.
Work with Jr. TPL to ensure that the project outputs and outcomes are being achieved by holding staff and implementing partners responsible on work assignments in relation to project needs and organizational policies.
Work with Jr. TPL to develop and manage project annual activity matrices and budget plan and implement field-level activities accordingly.
The PM represents CARE and is expected to model CARE principles and values and work in an accountable and transparent manner with stakeholders.
Perform additional assignments that will contribute to the basic function as requested by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in public health, nutrition, nursing, development OR equivalent work experience in nutrition or public health.
4 years or more of experience related to nutrition programming, preferably with an INGO in Indonesia, excellent understanding of IYCF and NTT specifically.
Experience coordinating IYCF/nutrition and management activities with government technical agencies.
Proven track record of ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment with sensitive subject matter.
Good understanding of gender, diversity, and cultural issues related to IYCF.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English strongly desired.
Willingness to travel and work in remote and sometimes difficult locations.
Excellent computer skills, particularly use of Microsoft Office software packages.
Excellent leadership, time management, and planning.
Good and strategic decision maker.

To assist HSE Manager and other departments to conduct environmental risk assessment and developing waste management plan, develop & review environmental emergency plan.
Requirements:
- Male,
- Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas project
- Degree in Health & Safety
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
- Understand and familiar HSE plan/ manual relate to construction activity
- Have strong analytical skills and preparing reports valuable for HSE

7. Mechanical Supervisor
Responsibilities:
To ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, assist in supervising and coordinating all mechanical engineers working in the mechanical discipline group
Requirements:
- Male,
- Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas project
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge in site installation, shop and fabrication drawing production

8. Electrical Supervisor
Responsibilities:
To ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, assist in supervising and coordinating all electrical engineers working in the electrical discipline group.
Requirements:
- Male,
- Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas project
- Degree in Electrical Engineering

9. Piping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
To ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, assist in supervising and coordinating all piping engineers working in the piping discipline group.
Requirements:
- Male,
- Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas project
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar with ANSI, ASME, ASTM, BS, API and other international piping codes and standards.

10. Instrument Supervisor
Responsibilities:
To ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards, assist in supervising and coordinating all instrument engineers working in the instrument discipline group.
Requirements:
- Male,
- Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas project
- Degree in electrical/Instrume ntation/Physics Engineering
- Familiar with instrument equipment.
- Familiar with Delta V is an advantage

11. Project Admin
Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration of the project status, ensure general requirement at site are performed effectively in accordance with company, controlling for the administration & general affair that are related to client or sub-contractor.
Requirements:
- Male,
- Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas project
- Diploma in Admin/Accounting
- Well organized person and experienced in general matters at site.
- Adaptive and good negotiation

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
- Computer Literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able speak English (oral and written)
- Must be willing to work in site
- Team player
